Service Engineer- Medical Department - Mandalay Branch
Responsibilities
- Identify KPl’s and key services and create a mechanism for reporting to the supervisor monthly.
- Prepare the budgets and project plan to hit the KPI and the number of sites forecasted in the overall plan and budget.
- Implement and submit the agreed Action Plan (Service Contract, Repair, Installation, Spare Parts) on time.
- Perform and Arrange the work to be carried out by the subordinates’ responsibilities following the set Standards and Quality.
- Attending the meetings for business needs, Technology Seminars, Participating in training and Demonstrations.
- They are performing continuous Technical Surveys/Evaluations following designated Brands and equipment.
- Responsible for Service Delivery team shaping, building, development, management, and motivation;
- Matrix management with responsibility for permanent and contractual staff;
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering – AGTI, B.Tech, B.E (EP, EC, and Mechatronics).
- At least three years of experience, preferably in Medical Equipment.
- Especially installation, Maintenance, Repair & troubleshooting.
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong leadership skills with coaching, directing, mentoring, and delegation.
- Technical skills, interpersonal skills, time management, teamwork, and communication skills
